Talent Acquisition Resources

Highlighted below are impactful interactive magazine assets, enriched with buttons, videos, and dynamic elements. Each project adhered to relevant brand guidelines, catering to diverse audiences including external candidates, board members, and internal employees. This approach maximized the accessibility and engagement of each resource.

Diversity and inclusion resources

Echoing the examples showcased above, I crafted assets aligned with Capri's brand guidelines. Presented here are mockups of the monthly D&I Magazine and Mentorship Program Overview Asset. Many of my D&I projects involved text-heavy designs, allowing me to strengthen my typography and hierarchy skills.

Employer Branding

In my role, a primary focus is supporting graphic needs for Capri and Michael Kors LinkedIn Pages. This encompasses devising posting strategies, analyzing monthly metrics, crafting captions, and serving as a key contact. Collaborating with the D&I Specialist, I led Diversity and Inclusion employer branding efforts, generating ideas, strategy, and graphics while the specialist crafted copy. This involvement positioned me as a crucial employer branding stakeholder, facilitating interactions with high-level individuals and cross-brand teams (Capri, Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors).

Under my creative direction, I substantially enhanced the Capri LinkedIn Page's engagement per post from 3.40 to 10.11 within a year, and elevated the Michael Kors LinkedIn page from 3.60 to 10.40. Additionally, the Capri LinkedIn page's followers nearly doubled, growing from 22k to 40k, while the Michael Kors LinkedIn followers increased from 500k to 622k.

Featured below are select assets that showcase my diverse range of graphic design creations.

VIDEOs

The showcased videos were predominantly designed for external use, finding prominence on LinkedIn and within various Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion tools.

Capri Brand Guidelines

I co-led the development of the comprehensive Capri Brand Guidelines in conjunction with fellow Graphic Designers. Recognizing the demand, we undertook this initiative proactively, covering all aspects of the Capri brand—externally, internally, email signatures, promotional materials, and beyond

Pride NYC x Capri

I contributed to the 2023 NYC Pride Parade by designing assets such as T-shirts, banners, and buttons. Moreover, I curated the parade paraphernalia. Explore below for both mockups and actual product displays.

Juneteenth 2023 social media Post

This achievement stands out as a major milestone in my career. Collaborating seamlessly with social media and creative teams spanning Michael Kors, Versace, and Jimmy Choo, I orchestrated a Juneteenth post for their social media platforms, extending beyond LinkedIn. My design graced all LinkedIn channels and gained additional traction through Instagram stories on Versace and Jimmy Choo accounts. Michael Kors also featured their own rendition. This experience afforded me the privilege of engaging with high-level professionals across these global brands.

Miscellaneous projects

Highlighted below are a selection of my favorite one-off projects, showcasing my ability to excel under time constraints and pressure. These projects underscore my adeptness in employing design skills to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Logos

I crafted the inaugural logo for the newly formed Capri Holdings Foundation for the Advancement of Diversity in Fashion. I also designed the team logo for Capri Global Talent Acquisition, alongside creating logos for all Employee Resource Groups.

Photography

Incorporating my photography expertise into my role has enabled me to capture a diverse range of visuals. I've traveled to Miami for conference photography, captured employee headshots, and documented events for LinkedIn posts. I also had the privilege to cover a Jimmy Choo event and photograph merchandise for Michael Kors, the creative director himself.
